How to Get There

Flight Information:

Please fly into Orlando, Florida by Thursday Dec 8th

MCO is the airport code for the airport you'll be flying into

The Wedding Party should arrive no later than 12pm on Dec 8th

Airport to Disney:

Effective January 1, 2022, Disney’s Magical Express service is no longer offered. Other options include; Uber, Lyft, Taxi or the Sunshine Flyer.

The Sunshine Flyer brings the era of 1920’s rail travel to the start of your vacation. The Sunshine Flyer’s buses will bring you and your family from Orlando Airport to Walt Disney World® Resorts on a late model, premium motorcoach with a theme centered around old-fashioned passenger cars and train locomotives.  From the bus designs to drivers and staff dressed as 1920’s rail conductors and engineers, the Sunshine Flyer experience starts shortly after you step off the plane.

Each motorcoach will be wrapped either as a 1920’s era locomotive or passenger car.  No two vehicle designs will be the same, providing a distinctiveness for each Sunshine Flyer ride, giving first time riders and returning guests a new experience and photo opportunity each time they ride the Sunshine Flyer.

Wedding Day Venue:

The Grand Floridian Resort is conveniently located on Walt Disney property in Orlando Florida. Transportation to the ceremony will be provided to all wedding guests staying on Disney property. For guests that have opted to stay at a timeshare outside of Disney, transportation will be required to get to the wedding. Orlando has many forms of public transportation including Uber & Lyft. Parking at the Grand Floridian Resort will be free for all wedding guests renting a car.
